MILAN FASHION WEEK STREET STYLE 2016

Are you ready for the second post of Street Style from Fashion Week with a little Fungi twist? This time the inspiration comes from the streets of Milan having as a background one of the most extravagant and eclectic fashion week editions. With two cities under its belts (New York and London), the style set arrived in Milan looking ready to conquer another Fashion Week with a style lesson that does not go unnoticed: highly reflective metallic finishes, endless ornaments, floaty dresses and extremely high heels… oh, and of course Gucci’s magpie aesthetic and its chaotic romanticism leading the charge.
MÁS es MÁS en Milán, siempre./ Many people says that the Street Style at Milan Fashion Week may be the best yet and I must say I just adore it. Yes, I know I usually defend the effortless and practical looks on the blog, but let’s be honest with the fact that a fashion week is always a good opportunity to go further and is in Milan where the streets are the stage for dreamy theatricality. MORE is always MORE in Milan, it’s fashion for the sake of fashion!

3, 2, 1… / Are you ready for a stylish dose of inspiration from Milan Fashion Week? 3, 2, 1…

Too bad, we only have it in Manila. Not in my city. I'm hoping someday, we'll have such week or I'll be able to visit places that are having it like Milan! 😀

    • Thanks a lot dear Tin! Your comments always fulfill with a great dose of motivation to keep on creating 😀

I hope to attend MFW shows one day! I'll let you know and send you a photo from the catwalk 😉

  • Hola Pablo!

    Besitos!

  • If I could pick one fashion week to attend, it would the the one in Milan. I have such a soft spot for Italian design. I just adore Italian designers. It seems to me that sometimes Italian fashion gets ignored and it is really a shame, because I love their style.

You selection is fabulous….and I do like your personal touches! You editing skills are always right one.

that stylish couple in green suits is adorable….she is wearing sth more in pj style with flowers and his suit is more classic but it is exactly the same colour as hers…how cute!

That girl with an Afro has the most amazing smile! I bet she lights the room when she smiles.

I wish you a marvelous week.

    • Hey Ivana! Thanks as usual for your sweet comment! I would pick Milan too! (or maybe London), because everyone is focused on Paris or New York but the Italian fashion is just pure madness (and of course I adore it)

PS: I love the girl with an Afro too! Wish I could have her hair haha

      All the best, dear!

  • Hola Pablo!

Ohhh yes Milan definitely knows how to make a statement in fashion. I so wish I could attend because I know it would have been an incredible experience and I'll be back with lots of inspiration.
The street style you showed is incredible, can't pick only one as my favorite. Love them all!

See you in Paris next… bye

      ¡Besos!

  • Hola Pablo! 🙂 Personally I'm also huge fan of Milan Fashion Week and I totally agree with you that "more" means a little bit more than "more" in Milan, during that fashion celebration. I love that photos, which include your illustration, you did great job on this post, Pablo 🙂 What about the outfit, I adore jacket from 1st photo, it's terrific 🙂
